Online Booking – Napier Location

Regular Patients:

  • The details that you enter when making appointment need to match your file in our system.
  • If it’s not working for you, a quick call to our practice can help get the details right.
  • Once you’ve done it the first time, you can make a username and password to make it quicker next time.
  • Regular patients need to have been to our practice within the last 6 months, otherwise we need to put aside slightly more time in case you’ve had any major changes. If you haven’t seen us in over 6 months, please choose the ‘Reactivation’ as a one-off for your next visit.


  • If you have been to our practice but not for a while – between 6 months to 3 years – please choose the ‘Reactivation’ appointment for your next visit so that we have a bit of extra time to catch up on any changes to your health.
  • If it’s been more than 3 years, please book in for a New Patient assessment.

New Patients:

  • Your first appointment at our practice needs to be one of our ‘New Patient’ appointments available in our online booking system, as we need to complete an assessment to make sure chiropractic care is right for you.
  • Your appointment includes time to complete our New Patient form at the practice, or click the link below to download and print the form (adults version) and bring it to your appointment.

  • Appointments can’t be changed or cancelled online once made – please call the practice on (06) 843 3384 if you’re no longer able to make your appointment.
  • For our practice fees, click here.
  • Missed appointments will incur a $10 charge, please give at least 24 hours notice for changes/cancellations.
  • If the appointment you would like isn’t available online, sometimes we can wiggle things around to make it work.. so please call our office to see if we can help! Otherwise we can put you on our waitlist.
