Your Initial Assessment
Visit 1: When you arrive, you'll have time to complete your paperwork before your appointment begins. Your chiropractor will then take a thorough health history, this is where we really listen to what's been going on and what you're hoping to get out of care.
From there, we'll run an INSiGHT nerve scan to get an objective picture of how your nervous system is functioning. If X-rays are clinically indicated, we can take those on-site. We're the only chiropractic practice in Napier with that facility.
Depending on your presentation, your chiropractor may begin care at this visit. That decision is always made with you, based on what they find.
Visit 2: Your Reports Of Findings
At your second appointment, your chiropractor will take you through everything they found: your scan results, X-rays if taken, and what it all means for your health. You'll leave with a clear picture of what's going on, what we recommend, and why. No guesswork. No jargon. Just a straightforward plan you actually understand.
Ongoing Care - Your Personalised Care Plan
Once we know what we're working with, your care plan begins. It's tailored to you, your goals, your lifestyle, your nervous system. Many of our patients come in for a specific concern and choose to continue with regular wellness care once they feel the difference. That's always your choice.
A Few Things People Often Wonder
Is The Care Gentle?
Yes. We tailor our techniques to each person, from newborns to older adults. We offer both gentle instrument-based care and manual adjusting, depending on what suits you. You'll always know what we're doing before we do it.
Can I Bring My Kids?
Absolutely. We're a family clinic. No need to sort a babysitter, bring them along.
Do I Need A Referral?
No referral needed. Book directly online or give us a call.
What Should I Wear?
Whatever you’re comfortable in, just keep in mind you will be moving around a little bit for the assessment.
Is There Parking?
Yes, there is on-site car parking on the Russell Road side of the practice. The practice is also fully accessible with a wheelchair and pram ramp.
How Much Does It Cost?
Our fee schedule is available here. We are also ACC and Southern Cross registered, so no prior referral is required.
What Are Your Hours?
Monday to Friday 7:45am to 6:15pm, Saturday 8:30am to 11:30am.
